One response to “How Journaling Can Help with Achieving Your Goals”
I find that journaling about my goals helps to keep me on track to achieving them. It’s very easy to lose focus and let distractions get in the way. When I journal, it gives me insight into what these distractions are and how they cause me to lose focus. Only when I create an awareness of this am I able to change. Journaling gives me this awareness.
